E' stata completamente rifatta la parte grafica (fotografie e disegni sono tutti nuovi) e sono state aggiunte moltissime animazioni. Ovviamente sono stati aggiornati contenuti e bibliografia (con collegamenti ad abstract e testi integrali online immediatamente fruibili).
Il programma sarà continuamente aggiornato e l'utente potrà scaricare gli aggiornamenti automaticamente tramite internet. L'acquisto della licenza da diritto a due anni di aggiornamenti.

21 Capitoli (+ 2 che saranno aggiunti prossimamente), 629 pagine, 4000 immagini 250 tra video e animazioni, 500 riferimenti bibliografici con collegamento al testo integrale in internet, 119 casi clinici.
